I’m Carmen Londoño Alvarez, founder of The Insurance Pros—and yes, insurance is my lane, but people are my purpose.
With over 20 years in the industry (and six years leading The Insurance Pros after a solid nine-year run with my first firm), I’ve made it my mission to take the stress, confusion, and corporate nonsense out of insurance. I specialize in health, life, disability, and voluntary benefits—building smart, tailored strategies for businesses and families who just want to know they’re covered.
Growing up, I watched my single mom—an immigrant—navigate systems that were never built for her, all because the people with the knowledge kept it to themselves. That lit a fire in me. I built this agency to change that narrative. Around here, we don’t gate keep information. We educate, we empower, and we advocate.
I’m a mom to four amazing girls and “Gigi” to the grandbabies who are my world. I wear a lot of hats (just like my clients), and I understand what it means to juggle life, business, and legacy. That’s why I bring compassion, clarity, and a healthy dose of real talk to everything I do. If it doesn’t protect your peace of mind, it’s not worth it.
